Bobby is Managing Director and co-founder of Power Efficiency and in this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, business development and planning of services for the company and its clients.

A leading advocate of carbon management and innovation in energy procurement and management, his professional background is in purchasing and procurement within the UK energy sector. It was whilst working in this environment that Bobby developed his vision for Power Efficiency which has made the company a market leader, managing an energy procurement spend of over £500 million per annum for its clients in markets such as property management and financial services .

Gary was co-founder of Power Efficiency before the acquisition by Balfour Beatty Group in April 2011. He is responsible for ensuring that we continue to do the best we possibly can for our customers; gauging and maintaining customer satisfaction to ensure quality in the delivery of our service offering.

Having worked for a major UK utilities provider for 26 years, in the retail and supply sectors, managing customer service delivery and key projects he brings a profound depth of experience and authority to the position.

Bob Jay joined Balfour Beatty Workplace in mid 2010 to manage the Balfour Beatty Group's Carbon Reduction Commitment. Bob set up a small team to start obtaining the required information for Government under this new mandatory legislation which had to be a single central group delivery.

This involved working closely with OpCo's in obtaining manual data records to calculate our submission information. We have now moved into rolling out group wide AMR metering, energy provision, data gathering with bespoke reporting available to OpCo's bill validation and dash board information at front of office/reception.

Mark leads wholesale energy procurement, price and credit risk management strategies for Power Efficiency's largest commercial and industrial clients. His areas of expertise include trading and risk management, "green electricity", pricing to industrial and commercial customers, sensitivity of demand to price and power price forecasting.

Mark has twenty years in-depth knowledge of the UK energy markets gained as Associate Consultant with Global Insight, founding employee and Director at Energy Koch Trading and Energy Trading and Pricing Manager at London Electricity.

Paul has more than 25 years industry experience working for energy supply businesses. He has successfully led and managed business operations through periods of continual change and integration, while ensuring a customer first focus approach is maintained. He is experienced in building and establishing sales and service teams, implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and providing project management.

Paul joined Power Efficiency in March 2009 and is responsible for delivering an end to end process of risk managed procurement services and ensuring excellent levels of customer service.

Julius has 20 years experience of UK energy management. Previously, the Head of Energy & Environment at Sainsbury's, Julius designed and implemented over £100M of energy improvement projects, ensuring savings were sustained to maximize returns.

He is a buildings services engineer with an extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building controls equipment. He is responsible for energy and carbon strategies, legislation and local planning support and energy reduction projects.

Tony Slade joins Power Efficiency as Energy Solutions Director from Evolve Energy Services where he was Energy Services Director.

Tony originally trained as a marine engineering officer and spent 11 years working on tankers. After this, he worked for four years in the offshore oil and gas industry operating in the Far East and South America. He has worked with various energy and control companies in a product development role and has been responsible for launching new control products with worldwide patents.

Carl is responsible for the growth and business development of the Energy Service business within Balfour Beatty, with over 25 years experience within the Utility and Energy Sectors, responsible for utility asset management and network distribution in both regulated and non regulated markets for a number of UKs major Utility Operators.

In that time Carl has played a pivotal role in shaping the competitive market in both utility connections and smart metering both of which are now standard offerings in the market as we know them today. Recognising the value of energy data as head of metering Carl also played a lead role in combining Metering, Energy Services and Asset Management to deliver an integrated Energy solution to support the carbon challenges the business is facing today.

Carl is excited about changing the face of energy management within Balfour Beatty and making it an intrinsic part of the overall building and asset management service offer, further capitalising on the strengths of its group as a leader in Infrastructure Management across all sectors.

Alan is responsible for providing direction and guidance to our Account Management & Customer Support Teams, to ensure that Power Efficiency's services continuously address client needs.

His 24 years experience in customer facing roles within the coal, gas, oil and electricity industries brings great insight into all aspects of the energy supply markets for the industrial and commercial business sectors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.

John is a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and the Energy Institute. He is considered to be one of the industry's influential figures and advises businesses and government on the development of legislation for carbon reduction.

He is author of the guide setting national benchmarks used for mandatory building energy performance certification and the guide on energy use in offices 'Energy Consumption Guide 19', widely referenced in Building Regulations. He has also developed the Energy Assessment and Reporting Methodology (EARM) published by CIBSE as the Office Assessment Method TM22.
